CHALLENGE
Two of our clients, one from
technology and the other from
the financial sectors, wanted
to recognize and thank employees
for their work. Special events
that optimized budgets while
appealing to a diverse range
of guest ages, corporate cultures and event
locations were needed for both
groups.
SOLUTION
Harry Potter and the Chamber
of Secrets was scheduled for
its theatrical release during this time period. Using our entertainment
industry contacts we successfully negotiated pre-release, opening
night and opening weekend private screenings in theaters across the
United States and Canada for our clients and their guests. Customized
invitations and ticketing was designed. Theatergoers received popcorn,
sodas and a box of Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans to enjoy. Authentic
one-sheet marketing posters from the studio were given as take-ways
to our guests for a special shared memory of the experience.
RESULT
Almost 5,000 guests in North
America were among the first
to experience a private screening
of this much anticipated film
in an exclusive setting. Our clients reported receiving heartfelt
thanks and appreciation for being able to share this unique special
event with their friends and families.
