Case Study
CHALLENGE
Our task was to create a memorable
experience that would recognize and thank a major division of a leading
Fortune 500 company for their yearlong efforts. Our client was looking
to immerse 1800 guests in a completely original, elegant and exciting
event space. We had eight short weeks to make this event happen from
concept to execution.
SOLUTION
Our client loved the location
we proposed on Treasure Island. The site ( a mere fifty yards from
the Bay) featured a stunning view of the San Francisco skyline, Alcatraz
, and the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges. We built a 300' x 100' clear
span structure with floor to ceiling windows showcasing the views.
It was the length of a football field with 300,000 square feet of
interior space. Our Jewel By The Bay was complete with wall-to-wall
carpeting over a wooden subfloor, French doors, a stage, dance floor,
dining areas, bars, a tropical waterfall and was topped with the
stars shining through the clear paneled roof. The custom fireworks
display over the Bay was the icing on the cake!
RESULT
This sales recognition celebration
for 1800 guests dramatically expressed the appreciation of their
company. Guests were intrigued, amazed, stimulated and thoroughly
entertained by a unique experience not to be forgotten.
